Find answers to some of the questions you may have regarding weight whisperers here. I’ve addressed some of the most common ones below, but if something isn’t clear feel free to contact me. I’ll be happy to try to help out if I can.

What makes Weight Whisperers different from the other programs out there, or from the stuff on social media?
I get this question a lot, so here's my answer. 1. Weight Whisperers was born of bitter experience and frustration, followed by many breakthroughs as I figured out what works. It does not start with the assuption of 'if you just do X, Y and Z, everything will happen. I know that we are all individuals, at different places in our journey, and therefore we need individual solutions. We are not a 'one size fits all' outfit, and your membership of this community is as individual as you.

Who is Weight Whisperers aimed at?
So of course I would say everyone, but that's not true. It's for people who have a serious desire to lose weight, but have come to the end of their patience and self confidence in trying to achieve that aim. It's for people who are serious and committed (those are my tribe) and not for those who want to 'try it for a week and see how it goes'. I guarantee results, but you have to stick with it, which is why the community element of this program is so essential. We support each other, work together, rejoice together, commiserate together and understand each other. This is a safe space for serious people to do serious work on themselves, because I firmly believe that to get to a life of freedom and transformation, takes a village.

You talk a lot about support, as well as the physical aspect of dieting. This is important to me as I feel I have lost confidence, and faith in ever being able to lose weight. Is this basically like therapy as well as weight loss?
It's not, though I did combine therapy with weight loss during my journey. I was miserable and depressed, suffering from anxiety and rage and a whole host of other things, and the weight loss was as transformative as the therapy. Unfortunately, therapy is expensive so even if that's not an option, weight loss alone will make an enormous difference to mental health. But this is a supportive but honest approach to weight loss. It's not therapy but the community here is so supportive and uplifting and because there is a direct correlation between weight loss and increased income, therapy may well be the project that comes next...
